Ich hatte sehr kurzfristig (am Vortag) einen Transfer vom Flughafen Phuket zu einem Hotel in Khao Lak gebucht. Direkt nach der Glastür im Ankunftsbereich stand in der Reihe der Abholdienste eine Dame. Sie hielt ein Schild hoch, auf dem mein Name gut sichtbar und deutlich geschrieben stand. Sie bat mich kurz zu warten, der Fahrer würde in 10 Min kommen. Tatsächlich war er dann schon nach knapp 5 Minuten vor Ort, mit dem Auto direkt vorm Gebäude. Da ich alleine - und offenbar auch die einzige gebuchte Person zu diesem Zeitpunkt war - kam ich in den Genuß eines VAN-Privattransfers. Die Fahrzeit lag ziemlich genau bei 1,5 Stunden. Ich vergebe 10 von 10 möglichen Punkten !!! Großartige und professionelle Abwicklung. Buche gleich nochmal für die nächste Fahrt.

Chauffeur ponctuel, il nous attendait à l'aéroport avec une pancarte. Il etait tres sympathique, a porté nos bagages. Van très propre et spacieux. Nous etions seuls et avons donc profité dun transfert privé. Avant de demarrer le chauffeur nous a demandé si nous voulions passer par un 7 eleven pour acheter quelque chose à grignoter ou quelque chose dont nous aurions besoin.Conduite parfaite, très prudente. Chauffeur discret et silencieux ce qui nous convenait parfaitement.

Wir hatten den Transfer für 12 Uhr gebucht. 12.15 Uhr war noch niemand weiter da, da es ein Missverständnis gab (der Fahrer wartete beim Ausgang der internationalen Flüge, allerdings hatten wir einen Inlandsflug). Nach kurzer telefonischer Nachfrage kam der Fahrer auch ein paar Minuten später. Die Fahrt war wirklich super angenehm und zügig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
