I had booked a transfer from Phuket Airport to a hotel in Khao Lak at very short notice (the day before). Immediately after the glass door in the arrivals area, there was a lady standing in the pick-up line. She held up a sign with my name prominently and clearly written on it. She asked me to wait, the driver would come in 10 minutes. In fact, he was there after just under 5 minutes, by car right in front of the building. Since I was alone - and apparently the only person booked at the time - I was able to enjoy a private VAN transfer. The journey time was almost exactly 1.5 hours. I award 10 out of 10 possible points !!! Great and professional handling. Book again for the next trip.

Punctual driver, he was waiting for us at the airport with a sign. He was very friendly, carried our luggage. Very clean and spacious van. We were alone and therefore took advantage of a private transfer. Before starting the driver asked us if we wanted to go through a 7 eleven to buy something to snack on or something we needed. Perfect driving, very careful. Discreet and silent driver which suited us perfectly.

We had booked the transfer for 12 noon. At 12:15 no one was there due to a misunderstanding (the driver was waiting at the exit of international flights, but we had a domestic flight). After a short phone call, the driver came a few minutes later. The journey was really super comfortable and quick. We were very satisfied.
