One-way ticket or roundtrip ticket are available for purschase and are open ticket for any time slot.

Very easy to deal with staff when I had accidentally booked Phuket to phi phi and we needed it other way round. The staff help you get transfers really easily too. The ferry was very good with refreshments available to buy and chairs throughout.
