was easy and very convenient, a little confusion at the harbor but all was cleared as soon as we asked at the counters. Only uncertanty was the return to the hotel no arrangements are given to us, even though the ticket states return to hotel. Other than that I highly recommend this

Perfect and smooth Driver picked us up in time and drop us off at the pier, mini bus with AC The boat was quite busy but we could find a free place to seat We liked that we could see Maya Bay on the way to Phi Phi , the cruise driver did a small stop for photos

The Ferry transfer from Phuket to Koh Phi Phi was very well organized. A driver came to pick us up at our hotel right on time and drove us to the pier where the ferry was. Both the van and ferry had air conditioning. The ferry had many levels and areas to sit which gave us the option to sit inside or outside or walk around during the boat ride. Also once we checked-in to get onto the ferry, we were able to buy tickets for our next ferry ride to Krabi with a shuttle transfer to our hotel. I recommend buying it there since it is a good deal.
