Our pick-up was set 3.5 hours before our departure time - at 6:00, departure 9:30. We wanted to postpone it for at least half an hour (6:30) but woman whom I spoke with on phone (after being interconnected 3x) who couldn’t speak English much said no. At 6:20 in the morning of our departure we lost patience and called where is our drive. We were told to wait another 25 minutes with no explanations. Driver arrived 6:45 instead of 6:00. There were only 2 people in the minibus. Minibus was clean and climated. Driver was an old gentleman, couldn’t speak English but helped us with the baggage without any hesitation. Thankfully we caught our flight, but it would be nice to inform passengers about car delays.

We had a private shuttle from the airport to our hotel which was great. However, we had a hard time finding the shuttle as the instructions as to where the shuttle will be located was not where we met our driver. Once you exit the airport, go to where everyone is holding the signs and it should have your name on it. Other than the slight confusion, the driver knew the roads and the van had AC!

Used this service to and from HKT to Khao Lak. Timely pick up both times. Confirmed pick up from Khao Lak, location and time day before. Considerate driver with good English. Highly recommend using this service. Price more competitive than taxi and other services I found too.

Great!! My flight arrived earlier than i informed. However coordinator contacted me and arranged the shuttle. So, I didn't need to spend the waste time in the airport. In addition, on the return way, on time picked up. Very comfortable.

This ended up being a private transfer, which was great! Driver took the back way to the airport to avoid traffic. He was even early to pick me up, name card and all. Highly recommend!
