It was nice to see the islands from the perspective of the cable car, and I enjoyed the snorkeling (even though most of us had experienced much better). The guide did not speak English well, so most of us were confused the majority of the time as to what islands we were on, etc.... but went with the flow. Additionally, we had 25 people on our tour and the guide said they have a limit of 15.... somehow it was overbooked? All went fine though. Worth the trip, but could have been more organized.
Pro - cheap - price quality ratio - professional operations - includes lunch - includes snorkeling gear Con - nothing. What can you expect for this price? Good to know - snorkeling sides are not the best ones. Great for first or second time snorkelers. If you really go for the best coral and fish, book the more expensive tour.
Lovely day visiting 4 islands on a speedboat. Only 10 passengers, so very leisurely. Lunch al fresco on the third island. Seafood, chicken, rice and vegetables with options for vegans and vegetarians.
Very good trip although some places was a bit rushed. Would have likes to spend longer in the prison as this is an important part of the history of Vietnam. Would happily have skipped the last beach.
Overall was worth the money , May Rut Idland was my highlight , It was beautiful, lunch was delicious and great variety. Guide was great, very professional. Over all , 5 Stars for me ...
