This tour was awesome! All the guides had very fun personalities. The balloon set up was effective and interesting to watch. Our balloon was one of the last to go up, so it was really interesting to see everyone load-up first. When we took off, everything felt safe. Our guide, Phil, appeared to be very skilled. We believe we had one of the best rides of the night. The landing was the scariest part, but it was still incredibly fun!

My husband and I went for my birthday, both first timers. It was fantastic!! The guide was very experienced and we felt very safe. The staff was also amazing, the went out of their way and made me feel very special with a birthdate cake after breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Phoenix Hot Air Balloon Ride is a great company, Always a prompt and courteous reply to questions, no matter how many you may have. Hotel Pick-Up was on time and Mike our driver was helpful, courteous and professional. On our ride to the location where the balloon takes off he filled us in on local history, events and many other items about the area we were traveling through. Mike would also make a great tour guide. Our pilot was Michael a many year veteran of piloting balloons. Unfortunately we did not get to experience the ride itself. Michael tried desperately to find the right location to launch but due to wind conditions he was not taking the chance. He was more than apologetic and was just as disappointed as the group that was to be on the ride (12 in total). Michael's saying is "Better to be safe on the ground than Sorry in the air! Thank you Michael, we truly appreciate your efforts. We would highly recommend Phoenix Hot Air Balloon Ride. Hope to try again!
