Full description

Embark on a guided day tour in the Sonoran desert from Phoenix. Kick up some dust as you go off-road in your UTV and discover some of the best trails in the stunning Bradshaw Mountains, located just north of the city. Start your tour 45 minutes north of Phoenix in the Sonoran desert near the Agua Fria River Valley. Ride along creek crossings and soak up the stunning views of the vast arid landscape.  Accompanied by a certified guide, learn about the plant life, wildlife, history, and climate of the area. Hear stories about the Native Americans who once farmed, hunted, survived, and evolved in this unforgiving desert. Ride along scenic trails past giant Saguaro cacti and deep canyons carved by flash-flooding rains. Cross the Aqua Fria River to experience the wild and vast desert terrain. Spot desert wildlife such as coyotes, bobcats, deer, rabbits, quail, and even rattlesnakes.

The street address does not work on Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, or any other GPS apps when manually typed in. Please search for the activity provider's name "Arizona Outdoor Fun" name to find the address with GPS apps. From Phoenix, take I-17 north and exit at Rock Springs, number exit 242. Turn left, cross over the freeway bridge, turn left again, head south on the frontage road, and look for THE Arizona Outdoor Fun billboard. Turn right 20 yards past the billboard on the dirt road driveway that veers to the south. Do not get back on I-17 southbound. Travel on dirt road 1/2 mile. Turn right to find the Arizona Outdoor Fun property. Be sure that you arrive at the New River/Black Canyon location and not the Scottsdale office.

Best UTV experience I’ve had by far! Hosts & Tour guides (Jeff, Mike, & Riley) were absolutely amazing! We went for my Bach trip with 16 girls and everyone had so much fun! Highly recommend going at the earliest time to beat the heat in the summertime.

Super fun activity which we would recommend everyone to do that is seeking a cool desert adventure ! Our guide Jake was awesome and made it a great and safe experience. We actually had ATV booked but switched to UTV as per recommendation by the local team due to the heat- would recommend that as well.
