- Luggage allowances: 2 standard-size suitcase and 1 small carry-on per person. No single piece of baggage weighing in excess of 60 pounds will be accepted, unless there is additional help available to aid the driver to load and unload. If passengers have an excessive amount of luggage or multiple large boxes, a private van will be required. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of a private van and net rate of client issuing voucher. Go Delaware Express will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence.
