Tour covered a great section of the city and the guide was well-educated and entertaining. Price was good as well, and great to be able to have the hop-on-hop-off option. Part of the content did seem forced and too quick, as well as I sat with my 12-year-old on the lower level of the bus for half the tour and it was almost suffocating. I don't know if the A/C was broken or off or something, but it was difficult. And the outside temps were only in the low-80s so I can only imagine how much more uncomfortable it would have been if it were a really hot day. In the end it's a tour I'd do again, though.

It went by several points of interest. I suggest to start early, take the complete tour first completely then decide on the 2nd go around which stops you want to get off on. Take water with you & use restroom prior to boarding. Just remember that you have to be on the bus by 5 if you want returned where you started. We bought our tickets on line and it instructed us to be at the Bourse location to get our electronic tickets validated but the tour guilds on this tour can validate them on any stop/location you get on. Beware: if you set up top on the right, watch for tree limbs hitting you in the face.

This was our first trip to Philly and we thought the Hop On Hop Off bus would be a great way to see the sights. We were very pleased and happy from start to finish. We had several different guides as we did hop off a few times, but each guide was fun and very knowledgeable.
