Everything was amazing except the poor service from the guy checking my tickets at the check in point. We had my 87yr grandma walking with a cane and my 67yr old mom with us, they both have mobility difficulties. They have difficulty with stairs so they stayed inside the bus and he made a fuss saying they needed to climb to the top which was already full. My husband had yo tell him repeatedly that they are handicap. However a young couple came in and sat near my grandma and he didn’t say anything to him. Poor service from him only. The guide and driver were nice

Getting tickets was painful. You have the technology to do better. Use it. Please. The tour itself was better than I expected, due to the guide, who made it interesting. Stops around art museum too long. There’s more to Philly than Rocky. I was in town for a conference with 2 grown daughters. You give no options for that answer.
