Full description
The first stop of the day is Shark Point. Named after the black-tipped sharks you can find swimming in the area, Shark Point is a popular snorkeling spot among professional and amateur divers. The next stop is Bamboo Island, a pristine strip of land great for relaxing and snorkeling. Wade in the shallow waters and catch glimpses of the colorful fish. Lie down by the shore and soak up the sun, before climbing back on the boat towards your next destination. Take in the glorious limestone cliffs and azure waters at Mosquito Island or Koh Yung. Don’t let its name worry you; the mosquitos only come out in the evening. What you can look forward to are the spectacular rock formations, small quiet beaches, and crystal clear water for snorkeling. Next, you’ll head to Nui Bay, a tiny little alcove surrounded by rock formations. Take a few moments to relax on the sand or swim in the refreshing waters before making your way to Monkey Beach. This beach was named after the friendly primates that inhabit the island. Watch as they wander freely around the shore. You’ll also stop by Viking Cave, known for the Scandinavian-style ships painted on its walls, and Pileh Lagoon, another stunning locale with its emerald waters and towering cliffs. Then continue to Loh Samah Bay, where you can dive into the cool waters and swim with the colorful fish. After spending most of the afternoon in the water, you’ll board the boat and make your way to the famous Maya Bay, known for its appearance in the 1999 film "The Beach". You’ll circle the scenic bay, taking in the gorgeous scenery and watching the sunset, before making your way back to the pier.

An all-round successful day trip! That was the best day of our vacation so far, contrary to some reviews, our guide spoke enough English, always told us and we could decide for ourselves how long we stayed where! Great choice of places, in between pure relaxation on the boat! delicious fried rice and fresh pineapple!

To begin, the itinerary is very good, the places visited are heavenly and we give enough time to each of them. the negative point is especially compared to the guide. No explanation, no indication of time at each place. On the first stop at Shark Point he just said "snorkeling" to us and we went in the water. The current was very strong and we couldn't get back to the boat, we were drifting and he was "sleeping" in the boat. There is also a big shark that passed by and we didn't even know if it was dangerous or not. We had to shout very loudly for him to pick us up (unable to swim to the boat) and he asked us "why"... He should have explained the place to us better and supervised if the dive was going well knowing the strong current there was. The rest of the day, he talked on the cell phone for the duration of the trip. So, nice activity but very average guide.

The tour itself is worth it. The fact that the guide does not speak any English makes the experience not so good, in the end he did not explain anything to us and just took us. So the rating is only for what you see on the tour not for the experience itself.
