The whole day was fantastic. Great value for money. Great being only a group of 10. Loved the sea kayaking and our paddler was fantastic. James Bond island great to do/see but very busy. Lunch was amazing in the floating island. So tasty. Very little water at the waterfall but that was no one’s fault. All the drivers and the guide were friendly and helpful. Full description
Experience a water-based adventure leaving Khao Lak and travel through the majestic mangrove forest backdrop to a fantastic scenic adventure, enjoy canoeing between sea caves, and relax on a long boat. Visit James Bond Island and explore a sea gypsy village.
Leave Khao Lak and move on to the mangrove forest, and try to spot local wildlife like fish and birds along the way. Travel on a traditional Thai longboat en route to the canoeing station and settle into your canoe for the next part of the journey.
Relax as the paddler steers the canoe exploring in between sea caves, and visit the islands of Koh Ping Khan and Koh Tapu (also known as James Bond Island) for photo opportunities.
Arrive at the floating sea village and enjoy a local lunch before taking some time to explore the village and meet the locals. Venture further into the village and have a chance to see how the locals live and do their daily chores.
Finish the tour with a stop at the cave temple, Wat Suwan Kuha, and see its reclining Buddha and the hundreds of monkeys that live near the temple entrance that the temple is known for. Return to the tour's starting point following the temple visit.
