The views on this excursion were phenomenal and among the best of my Chile trip! Our guide Ana did an excellent job of narrating the history of the area, pointing out the highlights, and took a few great photos for the group. As other reviews stated, the tour price does not include entry to the falls (7500CLP), the boat ride (6000CLP), lunch (ballpark 15000CLP), or the ski lift (27000CLP) so it does end up being quite a bit more expensive than advertised. I thought all of those things ended up being worth it but be aware. My only complaint is that the company emailed me a meeting location that was different from the spot the driver expected to pick me up at and that miscommunication caused an unfortunate delay.

The weather conditions must be taken into account, we did this tour in summer but that day it rained a lot at the top, the lockers did not open, the bathrooms were closed and they are paid, but since they did not open there, the problem was that the telechairs were not working either. Afterwards we went down to The Petrohue falls are impressive, the flow of water they carry and their turquoise or emerald color is very cold. In my opinion, the entrance is expensive to see the falls in no more than 45 minutes. Then we went to the lake but due to weather conditions we couldn't. In the end we They took them to the hotel in Puerto Montt. The guide Nelly was very nice.

I loved my guide Stefanie and my driver Javier. Stefanie gave us a lot of information about the region. It was very interesting. She was passionate and it was enjoyable. Our driver Javier was also very kind and attentive. He took good photos.

The tour must be done if or if it is something unforgettable, however the bus driver showed his lack of experience and driving ability.

Incredible trip with very knowledgeable guide, excellent driver and stunning landscapes.
