St. Peter's Basilica is impressive in itself, but seeing the dome was the crowning glory! Our tour guide Tanja was fantastic, she gave so much history and background information in an easy and smart way, it was a pleasure! The 320 steps to the dome are exhausting, but more than worth it!

The tour guide was really great and we really liked her. Her English was slow and clear. One thing is we booked a 75-min tour but actually the tour was almost 2 hours long. The tour I booked was a tour of St. Peter's Basilica with Dome Climb. But we actually went to the tomb as well. I confirmed twice with both the guy at the meeting point and our tour guide. We don’t have complaints about this just wanted to remind others that you might don’t want to book another tour too close to this one.

It was excellent! Our guide Mario was very attentive to the group with a touch of positive and unforgettable humor, many anecdotes and a communicative spirit. I got lost at the start of the tour led by another group and he bothered to call to find me. Unforgettable! Thank you again Mario and Buono Anno 2022! I recommend this visit where the view from the dome, both inside and outside, is sublime!
