Tour guide worked hard keeping us informed. But we were extremely disappointed with only a 40 minute stop in Ortesei. I specifically emailed before booking, about Ortesei, as it was a special trip and we wanted to buy something memorable from the woodcarving shops, which even the tour guide had said we're so amazing. We were given 40 minutes to get from the car park, over a bridge, go to the toilet, grab a drink after lining up in long queues, look in a couple of shop windows and then get back over the bridge to the coach. I was so upset to not have time to get our special gift as we have had to wait 37years to come to Italy.

I have to admit that my family and I didn't read the total heights you travel to in The Dolomites as we aren't too keen on heights, but WOW!!! This was an incredible tour - the experience of travelling up Sass Pordoi (despite travelling higher than Monte Baldo!) was an absolute joy! Beautiful scenery, an unforgettable experience - enhanced by some sublime driving skills (I didn't catch the driver's name, but thank you!) and the fantastic guidance and knowledge of Ray - thoroughly and highly recommended!

Excellent coach guide. The Dolomites is a beautiful place ( I went in July) lovely little towns ,hotels & restaurants. Took a trip by cable car to the top of the Dolomites breath taking views ( bring a light jacket can be chilly, walking shoes). Feels like you are visiting Austria. I will be visiting again in winter to see the beauty of the houses & mountains with snow on them. Definitely worth a visit.
