I can't put into words how much passion Enrico has for the work he does and how much he cares for his little Mill. And you could really feel what it means to him during the tour. Not only did he show us the process of traditionally made olive oil, but he even went above and beyond by making it the perfect experience for us personally. I think it also adds something, that he not only is a producer of olive oil, but an official tester. He really knows what he talks about and with his level of english, you can easily follow what he tries to express. After the tour we also went to the nearly 1000 year old olive tree and the abbey he showed us. Really worth a trip! Enrico thank you so much for this experience, we'd be delighted to see you again!
