Full description

Immerse yourself the local culinary culture with this private pasta-making class. Learn the secrets of the region's most famous pasta dishes and taste the fruits of your labour accompanied by a glass of local wine.

During the lesson, your host will reveal the tricks of the trade with 3 authentic regional pasta recipes while you have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients needed to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of local red and white wines.

Eleonora was very kind and patient . She showed me tricks on rolling out the dough. Her home was beautiful and inviting. I learned how to make three kinds of pasta. She served me the pasta I had made along with samples of antipasto . It was a pleasure to meet her.
