Experience the incredible beauty of Rainbow Mountain on a guided hiking tour. You get a chance to see alpacas, llamas, and vicuñas while soaking in the stunning mountain views during the journey. Savor a local lunch before heading back to your accommodation in Cusco.  Your professional tour guide will pick you up from your accommodation in Cusco between 3:30 AM and 4:00 AM. After a 2-hour drive, you will arrive in Cusipata where you will stop for breakfast and buy water and snacks for the trek. Following breakfast, you'll travel one more hour to the hike starting point, at 4,850 meters. From there you will start your 3.5-kilometer trek to Rainbow Mountain over both flat and uphill terrain. During your hike, you will enjoy amazing views and encounters with wild alpacas, llamas, and vicuñas. Once you reach the top at 5,010 meters, you can make use of some free time to take a break, and if the weather is good, you will be able to enjoy views over Rainbow Mountain. You'll go downhill to the starting spot for another hour. Then, take transportation back to Cusipata where a local lunch will be waiting for you. Once you finish your buffet lunch you will travel back to Cusco, where you will arrive between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM at Plaza de Armas.

Your professional tour guide will pick you up at your homestay, hostel or hotel in Cusco between 3:30 AM and 4:00 AM. After a 2-hour drive, you will arrive in Mollepata where we will stop for breakfast and pick up water and snacks for the trek. After breakfast, travel 1 more hour to Soraypampa. Once you arrive at this high mountain plateau, admire the beautiful mountains Apu Salkantay (6,230 meters above sea level) and Humantay (5,250 meters above sea level) above sea level. The tour itself reaches an altitude of 4,200 meters. After a short time preparing your day pack you will start the 2-hour trek to Humantay Lake. The way up to Humantay Lake is steep however your group is small and your guide will let you take your time to enjoy the trek.  Enjoy the views of Humantay Lake and enjoy an optional small climb above the lake to the right or left where you can enjoy a panoramic view.  Next, you will have the easy part of your trek. Go downhill to Soraypampa for another hour. Then you will take your private transportation back to Mollepata where a local lunch will be waiting for you. Once you finish your buffet lunch you will go back to Cusco arriving between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM at the drop-off near Plaza de Armas.

Begin your adventure with a hotel pickup in Cusco between 3:00 AM and 3:30 AM. Enjoy a scenic 1.5-hour drive to Qollasuyo, passing through the Cusipata district, where you'll stop for a 30-minute breakfast. Afterward, continue your journey for another hour until you reach Fulawasipata, where you'll receive a brief introduction to your hike. Set off on your trek at the foot of the Ausangate mountain range, starting a 1-hour and 45-minute ascent to the summit of Rainbow Mountain. Along the way, you may spot various South American camelids, such as llamas and alpacas. Upon reaching the red hill, you'll be greeted by breathtaking views of the vibrant landscape. After taking in the views, begin your 1-hour descent through flatter terrain, returning to the trailhead. From there, head back to Cusipata to indulge in a delicious buffet lunch. Finally, you'll return to Cusco, arriving at Avenida El Sol, in front of Qorikancha temple, around 4:30 PM, conveniently located near many hotels.

Your professional tour guide will pick you up from your accommodation in the historic center of Cusco, or from a nearby meeting point, between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM. Travel first to Chinchero, a small rustic town with a long tradition of textile weaving. See various textiles woven using traditional Incan techniques, followed by a visit to the first archaeological site and a beautiful old church. Next, you will visit Moray and see the agricultural terraces built along the hillsides. These terraces were built by the Incas to grow an abundance of crops on less-than-ideal mountain terrain. Right next to this area, at Moras, there are over 5000 salt ponds which were used by the Incas for salt extraction. This helped preserve their foods for long periods. After learning about Incan agricultural techniques, make your way to Urubamba, the capital of the Sacred Valley, for a buffet lunch. After lunch, make your way to two historical towns, Ollantaytambo and Pisaq. In Ollantaytambo, you will climb over 200 steps to reach the top of the ancient terraced fortress overlooking the town. An optional drop-off is available in Ollantaytambo for those who need to stay in town or have other plans. In Pisaq, you will visit an archaeological site followed by some time to shop some souvenirs.

Explore the stunning landscapes outside Lima as you journey to Paracas and Huacachina. Begin your adventure at 6:00 am with direct transportation to Paracas, a charming seaside town, on a comfortable 4-hour ride. Travel in comfort aboard our spacious, air-conditioned coach, with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the journey. Don't get trapped in a small minivan by other companies. Upon arrival, embark on a 2-hour boat tour of the Ballestas Islands, a smaller version of the Galapagos, where you can observe sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and a variety of birds in their natural habitat. After a lunch break, continue to Huacachina, a picturesque oasis in the Ica Desert, known for its towering sand dunes, some of the largest in South America. Enjoy some free time to explore before heading out on an exhilarating buggy and sandboarding adventure (optional) across the dunes—an unforgettable experience in South America's only natural desert oasis. In the evening, relax on the bus ride back to Lima, arriving around 11:45 pm, with drop-off at the same location as your pickup.

See how they use natural plants to extract colors for their Andean art. Continue to Moray, situated at an elevation of 3,450 meters (11,318 feet). Marvel at the mesmerizing terraced landscape and irrigation system. Next, visit Maras Village and see the preserved colonial architecture and thin-stoned buildings. Proceed to the remarkable Salineras salt mines, comprising 3,000 small pools. Explore this historic site that dates back to pre-Inca times and continues to produce salt that is processed and distributed in the region. Finally, return to the city in time to enjoy lunch on your own.

Explore one of the marvels of Puno with a tour of the Uros and Taquile Islands in Lake Titicaca, explore the floating islands in the lake, and learn more about the lives of the people who live on the islands in the highest lake in the world. Begin the tour with pickup from your hotel in Puno or the Puno bus station, and make your way to the pier or main port. Pick up from hotel 6:00 am CHINCHERO HANDICRAFT MARKET. This town is located 28 km from Cusco on the paved road to Urubamba. It is like a beautiful colonial temple built on Inca foundations. Its main attraction, however, is its handicraft market, originally dedicated to the barter of agricultural products between the villagers of the valley and those of the highlands. Currently, the market is a true spectacle of color and movement that causes the fascination of the tourist with its offer of handicrafts and textile garments made in the purest pre-Columbian style. MORAY. It is located 7 km. from Maras, 01 hour from the city of Cusco by the route of Chinchero is one of the most spectacular visits where there are circular terraces of different sizes. They are terraces of agricultural experimentation and places of concentration of feminine energy, for which it is considered as a magnetic center of the Pachamama. MARAS Emblematic colonial city of the Sacred Valley, a perfect place to taste free handmade chocolates from the Cusco Valley. SALT MINES OF MARAS. Located northwest of the town of Maras known by some as “salt mines” are made up of about 3000 small wells. The salt has been obtained since pre-Hispanic times through a system of drying salt water that comes from a subway stream in the sun. Once the water has evaporated, the salt is ready for sale. URUBAMBA A great place with Inca productions, most primordially corn, and today a beautiful countryside, with great production of fruit trees. An excellent place to enjoy our typical buffet lunch of the area. OLLANTAYTAMBO Typical Inca village located 21 km. from Urubamba (2800 masl). It was named in honor of the cacique Ollanta, famous for his romance with an Inca princess, daughter of Pachacutec. One of its best preserved areas extends to the north of the Hanan Huacaypata plaza, a total of 15 blocks of mansions built on carved stone walls. In the vast archaeological site, located on the hill that names the town, buildings such as the Temple of the Sun, the Intihuatana and the Baths of the Princess stand out. PISAC Pisaq is located 33 km from Cusco by paved road (from the Sacred Valley of the Incas). It has an ancient town, an archaeological site considered among the most important of Cusco, and a modern town of colonial origin. This place also has a very famous Pisac handicraft market that attracts thousands of visitors. Explore Huacachina, the only oasis in Peru, in a truly thrilling way. Ride over the sand dunes in a 4x4 buggy before then taking part in a sandboarding session. Start with pickup from Ica or Huacachina. Head to the oasis, and get the adrenaline pumping with a dune buggy ride. Feel as if you’re on a rollercoaster as you go up and down dunes of up to 30 meters in height. Take stops to snap photos of the desert landscape and the small lake surrounded by palm trees. Next, try your hand at sandboarding down those same dunes. This experience is suitable for all skill levels, as you’ll be learning the best techniques from your driver.
