Good experience - As a family of four from 8 years old we did 20km, found the bikes to be totally fine (7 Speed adult, 3 speed child). The logistics could have been communicated a bit more clearly but the ticket office is right next to the bike hire pickup and close to the pier meeting point. Don't forget the caravan at the West End with coffee and Toasties! Worth the ride with lots of seals to see too... We also hadn't booked a bus transfer on our return but helpfully the team were able to accomodate us with some cancellations and they dropped us back to our hotel which was great customer service.

Great service. My bike worked perfectly. The ferry ride can be a bit bumpy but it was really quick. The only thing is that they tell you to get there an hour before hand, but their shop wasn’t even open an hour before hand. So just note their opening time so you’re not staying out in the cold for too long. Rottnest Island is a must do and by bike it was perfect!

Rottnest is a great family day out. Beautiful scenery and beaches. Ferry ride wasn't too bad fairly smooth and no kids were sick although we had a good day. Need more time to explore the island fully. Lighthouse is interesting and we went on the tour. Bikes are fairly basic and a brake broke of one of the kids bikes which made the bike riding a bit difficult after that.
