Tim was a fountain of knowledge on wine, different types, how it’s made, weather conditions, production, local vineyards and history etc. Friendly guy who was always happy to help. I was impressed that we were taken to the boutique award winning wineries, not the big commercially driven ones that most visit. Staff were friendly, plenty of varieties of wine to try, also a real learning experience. Lunch was fantastic too - we all had different plates yet commented on how delicious they were. Highly recommend this tour
Do yourself a favour and book a tour with Black Swan Tours. We had a fantastic day. Alan is very knowledgeable and the tour takes in several smaller wineries in the Valley. He also popped into an old church for us to have a wander around the graves etc. We were very impressed with the lunch provided. Had a fantastic fun filled day. Oh and the wine tasting was a bonus.
Git picked up from Crown.. we had a small group of 5 total and we had a great laugh. Winery choices were great lunch was a huge sharing plater. Alan the guide was great. We will be back especially since you can go during the week so not so busy.
Great tour with Alan. He took us to some great spots and gave us some cool historical facts. I would thoroughly recommend this tour to young and older crowds alike
It was great fun easy to pick up Had a great guide Erin was her name would do it again tomorrow Age is no barrier as I am 70 plus great way to see the kings park
