Things to do in Pernik Province

This tour starts with pick-up from your hotel. The transfer to the foot of the mountain takes approximately 20 minutes. You will see the great symbol of Sofia rise above you as you draw near. The hike begins with Boyana waterfall, which with a height of 15 metres and an elegant setting is the most beautiful on the mountain. After the waterfall you will see a typical hut, Momina skala. You will have time to relax before the groups continues to Kamendel from where you will see Sofia from above. On the way down to the city you will visit Boyana lake. Then its time to return to Sofia where the tour ends at your hotel.

Outdoor hot spring mineral swimming pool (***Ultra fast 1Gbps Wi-Fi available***) During the 5-6 hours trip, you will see amazing places and landmarks, starting from our meeting point Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, then going by car to the breathtaking, 186-metre tall TV tower - Kopitoto ("The Hoof"), situated on top of Vitosha mountain at 1,348 m altitude. You will have unique opportunity to walk around the cliff and take stunning pictures of Sofia from the TOP :)! Next stop will be the popular UNESCO heritage - about 900 years old - Boyana Church. After the visit we will bring you to a very nice traditional Bulgarian restaurant. When we finish our lunch we will go to another amazing place in the nature - Pancharevo lake and the hot spring mineral pools there :)! Regardless of the weather you will have the pleasure to dip yourself in the hot mineral waters in a outdoor swimming pool with a magnificent view of the lake :)! We will spend 2 hours there and then we will bring you back to the starting point in Sofia - Alexander Nevsky Cathedral :)! Private pick-ups/drop-offs possible with extra charge.

We’ll take you to a local Bulgarian restaurant for a traditional lunch that’ll fuel the second half of our adventure. After lunch, we leave the city vibes behind and ride into the wild – literally. Welcome to Plana Mountain, where you’ll go horseback riding through open meadows and forests, surrounded by nature. It’s the highlight of the day – peaceful, wild, and unforgettable. And just when you think it can’t get better... we take you to the natural hot springs of Sapareva Banya. Soak in the warm mineral waters, breathe in the mountain air, and relax under the sky in a spa like no other. After a full day of exploring, riding, relaxing, and recharging, we head back to where it all began – Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in Sofia.

We present to you a slightly different tour from the usual ones in terms of time, the purpose of the event is to see the capital Sofia from a different angle at a different time, at your request you can also have an improvised picnic (dinner) from the high peak of Kachen del, which overlooks Sofia on 180 degrees. Tour starts at 08pm with pickup from the center of Sofia, after 40 minutes of driving we go to the starting point for walking and start an easy hike to Kamen del peak, after about 1 hour we will be at the place for photos, picnic, friendly talk about the surroundings about 30 minutes, we go back to the vehicle, around 00am we are in the center of Sofia.
