I was contacted a few days prior by the guide to explain that the boat I booked for the excursion was currently out of order. He then offered an upgraded boat experience at no extra cost and offered a range of times to choose from. We were happy to change as these things happen. On the day there was a festival on in Berlin and we struggled to navigate to the meeting point and we were 10 mins late, at which point we thought we had missed the tour. To our surprise the crew had waited for us and we were greeted with a warm welcome. We were quickly offered a complimentary drink and nibbles due to the change in plans, which we did not expect. A lovely tour down the river in Berlin with music to accompany. The crew couldn’t do enough for you and were very welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Berlin to book this boat trip.

The Alt National gallery was not “walk in” as we were directed back to a very long line and had to wait in a very long line. I would suggest you mention that when people are booking your tickets, also, maybe allocate a time frame for entry to this gallery so that people could enter at that time. The only people they were letting skip the line were people who booked time frame tickets.

All in all, it was an absolutely successful trip. Friendly service, good drinks, nice music and an interesting city tour from a beautiful perspective. Very well organized despite the provider rebooking.

My daughter and I did this trip,we enjoyed it very much ,we were able to get drinks but no food as advertised ,but ot was very nice would recommend d ot Alice and Yvonne

Beautiful boat trip, very exclusive and small with great service. We can only recommend the boat trip to everyone, very quiet, very good explanations and top service
