Our experience with Shane was absolutely fantastic! He was not only incredibly helpful but also very knowledgeable, pointing out fascinating wild animals along the way as we headed to the highlight of the day – the enchanting Little Penguins. Instead of visiting the Koala Sanctuary, we opted for a stroll through a charming seaside town, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The gelato was divine, and the picturesque town added a delightful touch to our adventure. We were informed about the estimated time the penguins would emerge from the sea. This allowed us to plan our visit to the grandstand perfectly, ensuring we didn’t miss a moment of this magical natural phenomenon. The vehicle provided was immaculate – new, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, which made the journey even more enjoyable. All in all, it was a fun-filled, eventful day packed with memorable experiences. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make the most of Phillip Island's wonders!

Nathan was an amazing guide, clearly very knowledgeable on the area and you could tell he not only loves philip island but his job as well. The penguin parade was so cute and would recommend a trip to everyone!!

Good night for it. Water well back, penguins easier to see but lack of numbers early. Safety for the little birds was very obvious as they were very cautious.

The guide shared information and his personal preferences about what he liked about each activity, and was knowledgeable.

it was quet an experience. our guide was very well informed .he was available for all the queries of all the passengers.
