Sergio was a very competent rock climber who was able to help us through the tough spots. (We never did any rock climbing before.) A spectacular hike with fantastic views! As a regular hiker I would rate it an advanced hike, not easy at all. Steep and with a lot of scrambling, apart from the two climbing sections. Not too long though, it took us 2.5-3 hours to get to the top. Going down with cable car to Urca then hiking from there is easy. The beach at the end is a nice touch!

The tour has it alll! Excellent hiking routes, with some rocky parts and boulder. The rappeling was very fun. And my guide GG was very helpful and informative as it is my 1st time. There is also a small waterfall at the end that you can shower in! 100/100 ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED. Although, I hope they will move the meeting point closer to the start of the actual hike, so that you can save more energy for the hike itself.

We had a great morning with Tania, our guide! During the hike, which gives a magnificent panorama of Rio, and the visit to the Vidigal favela, she took many photos of us that she shared via Google Drive at the end of the visit. It was a real plus! I 100% recommend this excursion.

Tania is a wonderful guide. We loved the experience. Totally recommendable.

The tour guide Tommy did a great job, felt very safe.
