A perfect way to spend a Sunday in Rio if you want to have a bit of an adventure. Juliana was an amazing guide through Tijuca forest and the rappelling was so much fun. Getting to the top does require some fitness but if you’re moderately athletic it shouldn’t be too much of a challenge. Cooling down in the waterfall also definitely recommended :D

This hike was incredible! By far the best view of Rio de Janeiro when you make it to the top. This hike is certainly not for beginners though. The hike was difficult and felt dangerous at times, but 100% worth it if you’re up for an challenge and comfortable with heights. Would HIGHLY recommend with anyone looking for an adventure!

The best guide Segrio. Excellent knowledge, and knows every corner in the forest, you will feel super safe with him. First time trying reppling and he instructed me well and because of that i had one of my best life experience. Great tour i recommended with Sergio.
