Matías was an excellent guide and gave talks in English and Spanish equally. The Cueva seems like a time filler but was ok. The van was fine and comfortable and he pointed out things and we had good stops for overlooks. The only long walk or free time was fair but I would have enjoyed more time with some elevation not just a gravel beach. The pickup was on time. My biggest complaint was it was clear that we needed to get park tickets in advance. The park site was not user friendly and I had to reenter all the information many times! Please tell guests they have option of paying on site and can also skip the cave if desired.

The fact that the pick-up of tourists is more planned is that they let you know that they are waiting for you, practically a minute before their arrival, which makes it a bit stressful. That's the only thing I would add. The tour was very good and the guide Daniel was excellent.

We had a wonderful trip touring the Torres Del Paine. Both the guide and driver were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Daniel the guide was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. We felt like we learnt a lot and a great introduction to the national park.

A full day of hard work with a prize at the end. I haven’t slept so well in years. Leo was an excellent guide. He encouraged me to the top. It was a struggle to keep pace with the group, but I managed it, just. Amazing scenery all the way.

This was INCREDIBLE! The scenery was insane and the guides were so kind and informative. We could not believe the views and the wildlife. Definitely bring a camera!!
