It is reserved and timed access/entrance, so that means no crowd if you reserve at 9 AM. So you have like one hour free to picture everything without people (before the second group at 10 AM comes there. Please be aware that you need at least 3 hours to see main things in the museum. Seine Cruise was also very polite and you can use it whenever you want!
