The total duration of the tour is 7 hours. The hiking component of the tour lasts between 3,5 to 4,5 hours. Discover the Anaga Rural Park forest on a 3.5-hour walk to the volcanic dome close to the hamlet of Taborno, coming down through the magnificent laurel forest of Anaga, a Unesco Biosphere Reserve since 2015. Hike while enjoying amazing views as the path comes out of the forest and approaches the cliffs facing the northeast shore of the island. Taborno is a hamlet right on top of the crane of two different gorges. It is considered a viewpoint hamlet.  Witness the local country life of the island and listen to your guide that will explain the local uses in such an amazing mountain chain. Anaga is one of the places in Tenerife where some aboriginal pre-Hispanic uses have been kept longer. After the walk, lunch will local products will be served.

Our first stop will be Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the island's capital. We will walk through its vibrant streets that will take us to the most outstanding places, such as the Plaza de España, the Plaza Weyler or the Market of Nuestra Señora de África. We will continue our route to La Laguna, the first city founded in Tenerife after its conquest, and a historical jewel declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999. We will walk through its streets full of history and culture, and discover its most significant monuments, such as the cathedral of San Cristóbal de La Laguna or the Plaza del Adelantado. You will have time to have lunch and taste the rich Canarian gastronomy in one of the charming restaurants of the city. We will continue our way to the Anaga Massif, an impressive natural area that was declared a Biosphere Reserve in 2015 by UNESCO for its extraordinary biodiversity. Here we will visit some of its most representative viewpoints, such as the Mirador de la Jardina or the Mirador Cruz del Carmen. After a day getting to know some of Tenerife's treasures, we will return to the pick-up points.

Las Teresitas is a 1.5 kilometer white sand beach located close to the capital of Tenerife, Santa Cruz, on the northeast of the island. It´s perfect to do Stand Up paddle board because it´s well protected from waves and currents . Stand Up Paddle is one the most acclaimed water sports since the activity implies a whole commitment of all the muscles of the body even though the activity relaxes the mind. On top of it, the activity happens under the Anaga Mountains, a Biosphere Reserve, close to the town of San Andres, one of the most beautiful fisher towns of the island You will receive a 20 minutes class by an instructor to know how to use the board, and will then have about 1 hour to enjoy the stand up paddle on your own

Explore the area's landscapes which are adorned with geological formations such as roques, or old volcanic chimneys and dikes, which are fractures filled with solidified magma forming sheets of rock that look like walls.
