dispute with the driver on the return time. he stubbornly refused to let us board the bus because he claims our ticket doesnt state the return time. this is the same for tickets purchased from tripadvisor etc... in the end he allowed us to board but i don't understand why he was stubborn about it. he drives the bus daily and other people had commented similar issues.

Everything was good, we find it a bit difficult to find the right bus, we arrived at the station 15’ earlier but on the digital tickets didn’t show which bus we had to take… at the exact time of the meeting we saw a bus with some people so we asked and they told us that it was the right bus. Another problem was that they didn’t put the time that we had to be at the station to go back to Vienna, so I had to call them and asking them and so on. Later on the way back the bus didn’t fit all the people and lots of people stayed behind, I don’t know if they had sent another bus to take them…

I recommend this service specially if you are staying in the city center very convenient bus going and back is on time. Going go to wien opera house and on return go a little early bus stop near to dyson area. 35 to 40 mins travel time just hop on and hop off
