    Visit a traditional Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory and learn the secrets of one of the most celebrated ingredients of Italy. Watch the cheese makers at work and taste some cheese with honey and local wine. See how the cheese – protected by the EU – is still produced following traditional methods. Watch the cheese makers pull the product from the milk vats and visit the shaping and salting rooms before going to the stagionatura where the cheese is aged. Savor the sight and smell of thousands of wheels of cheese. Then, taste the delicious cheese with some honey and local wine. After the cheese factory take a short drive to the Parma ham factory.

    Go to the cellar branding area and see where the meat is cooled, salted, and rested. Taste cold cuts with local wines. Visit an organic Parma ham farm and meet the producer. Finally, taste delicious Parma ham paired with a glass of Malvasia.

    Awesome experience! Mattia was so knowledgeable about the typical products of Parma, especially the Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto Parma. It was also amazing seeing and hearing about the production from start to finish. As well as all this, we got some recommendations about where to go for lunch after the tour and what to visit in Parma! Highly recommend!

    The parma tour was great! We were picked up from the hotel at the agreed time. We got a private tour with an enthusiastic guide, it was very pleasant and interesting. After the tour we got a nice plate of Parma ham with a glass of wine. Afterwards, of course, I also bought some Parma ham for home. Conclusion: had a very nice afternoon, it was well worth it!

    The duration of the tour should be 2 hours, including arrival and departure, but over 3 1/2 hours. Which is fine too. But you should also specify it in such a way that the time of arrival and departure is added. If you had planned something else later, it would have been very difficult to implement it.
