Once in Parma you will meet outside the Parma train station with our staff who will will welcome you and make you sit on our minibus or Van. We enjoyed our day with Claudia very much! She was very outgoing and welcoming. Very helpful to my wife, as she cannot use elevators. Her knowledge of every stop, the parmigiano, prosciutto and balsamico was very interesting. We were amazed at her abundant expertese of every product. The lunch was very nice as well. The best day of our trip to Italy.
