We had a wonderful tour with Mattia. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about all three components of the tour - cheese, ham and balsamic. Mattia is a great ambassador for The Parma area in general. The drive to Moderna for the Balsamic museum and tasting was fabulous. All in all, it was a perfect day's outing and we learnt a great deal. Thank you, Mattia, for making day memorable!
Really lovely tour of one of the smaller cheese factories. I loved that we got to see the whole process and the cheese was delicious. Our tour guide clearly had a passion for the product and region and was helpful in answering all the groups questions. Thanks so much!
We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide was very good and very detailed and we certainly learned a lot. The transportation in the van was great but could be improved especially on hot days with a vehicle with better air conditioning.
