Know before you go
- Infants can be booked on this transfer if customers bring their own baby seat. Please note that supplier doesn't provide baby seats and won't accept infants without baby seats.
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions. Please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- Clients must adhere to the pick-up time provided by the carrier which will always be a minimum of 4 hours before the flight departure. In the event that the client does not adhere to the pick-up time, the carrier will wait for a maximum of five minutes before departing from the client's address. After this time the carrier is no longer responsible for the transfer of the client and reserves the right not to refund the client.
