Check in at the GetYourGuide shop located at 10 Avenue du Général de Gaulle, 78000 Versailles. The shop is located across the street from the "Versailles Château Rive Gauche" train station (RER line C), right next to Café Madeleine. The train journey from Paris to Versailles takes around 1 hour. Please note that arriving on time is essential. Due to a strict schedule, late arrivals canot be rescheduled.

Know before you go
- The time on your voucher is the meeting time at our shop (the tour starts a few minutes later).
- Please do not go directly to the Versailles Palace. Instead, come to the meeting point to meet your guide
- Arriving on time is essential. Late arrivals cannot be refunded or guaranteed access to the Palace, and rescheduling fees will apply
- From Paris, take the train to "Versailles Château Rive Gauche" and buy a Metro-Train-RER ticket. Plan your route in advance using your navigation app (the journey takes about 1 hour)
- During peak season, the palace can be crowded and there may be a short wait at the group entrance due to safety controls
- The palace gardens are free only from November to March, with no garden tickets needed. (Prices are adjusted accordingly) There are no fountain shows during this period.
