This tour was fantastic! Our guided Barbra was great. She knew the history and the art. She spent a good amount of time on each painting and room. I knew a bit about Versailles but now I know a lot more. The rich history of the castle is profound. It was crowded, but all big sites in Paris are. Be prepared. The tour was about two hours which is a great amount of time. If you have trouble climbing stairs this might not be for you. The tour moves quickly and there are LOTS of stairs. Make sure to book the tour with the garden access!! You will not regret it. When I was there they wouldn’t selling tickets to the garden if you just walked up, it’s too popular. This tour is worth it! Don’t miss out. Enjoy Paris.

The Palace, or Chateau, is amazing. The art, furniture, ceilings and gardens were impressive and opulent. The crowd size is a little overwhelming and you most move along at decent pace to prevent bottlenecks. The signage was available in English to explain the different rooms. Our guide provided very good commentary but his English was less than fluent but acceptable. The first 30 minutes of the tour is organizing the group, walking to the Palace, getting tickets and going through security. The gardens at the end were at your leisure.

Laetitia very good guide. But you could improve the procedures. It took too long time to start the guidance. Check in OK but why don’t you get entry tickets at check in together with garden tickets and same applies to audio sets. Also on booking check-in time was 1 pm. Why delay it till 10 minutes later so we had to wait for others. These improvements would allow more times in garden.
