After a guided visit of the Palace, your guide will introduce you

IMPORTANT: This tour has different meeting points depending on the date of your reservation **For tours running from July 15, 2025 to August 31, 2025, please meet your guide at Cr. de Rome, 75008, Paris. You'll meet your friendly guide between the Bubble and Statue of the Luggage Tower in front of St. Lazare station.** For tours From and including 1 September 2025 - 31 December 2026: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Your guide will meet you outside of Café Pierre Hermé ( located near Pont de l'Alma bridge), holding a sign with ''The Tour Guy'' on it. Please make sure to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled start time, as we cannot wait for latecomers.

  • The meeting point for tours running July 15, 2025 to August 26, 2025 will be updated due to RER C maintenance. Please check your voucher for details.
  • Large bags, backpacks, luggage, umbrellas, tripods, strollers & metal baby carriers cannot be brought into the Palace of Versailles. Any items exceeding 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm are not permitted
  • Please leave large items of luggage at your accommodation
  • There is a coat check at the palace entrance but the tour ends in a different area. If you choose to leave anything at the palace coat check, you will be responsible for retrieving it after the tour
  • Photography and filming is strictly prohibited in the temporary exhibition rooms
  • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any walking impairments that require special assistance on our group tours. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages
