Full description
You’ll meet your guide in Paris and travel to Versailles together. Upon arrival you'll have the royal treatment as we have your tickets pre-booked. Skipping the queue you'll learn about the construction of one of the most famous palaces in the world from your knowledgeable guide. Together you'll explore the many apartments that make up the royal residences, and see the famous Hall of Mirrors.
After a guided visit of the Palace, your guide will introduce you
to Versailles stunning gardens and you'll have a chance to walk through the luscious 2,000 acres of gardens. To create these manicured gardens, thousands of trees were imported from all over France. Your guide will advise on the most efficient way return to Paris (tickets included), you're welcome to stay longer and continue exploring the wonders of Versailles, and return to Paris at your convenience.

Please arrive 15 minutes early. Your guide will meet you outside of Café Pierre Hermé ( located near Pont de l'Alma bridge), holding a sign with ''The Tour Guy'' on it. Please make sure to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled start time, as we cannot wait for latecomers.

Know before you go
- Large bags, backpacks, luggage, umbrellas, tripods, strollers & metal baby carriers cannot be brought into the Palace of Versailles. Any items exceeding 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm are not permitted
- Please leave large items of luggage at your accommodation
- There is a coat check at the palace entrance but the tour ends in a different area. If you choose to leave anything at the palace coat check, you will be responsible for retrieving it after the tour
- Photography and filming is strictly prohibited in the temporary exhibition rooms
- We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any walking impairments that require special assistance on our group tours. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages
