Julien was AMAZING! He was an absolute wealth of knowledge and you could hear the passion in his voice as we got not only the history, but the true meaning behind a lot of French history we were taught incorrectly-like how Americans think Paul Revere said ‘the British are coming’ (we were all British back then, he really said Regulars). The day went by SO fast and we were floored by how much Julien knew. He was the perfect gentleman and even helped my aunt navigate some of the tricker places to walk. Just wow. If you can, ask for him. Knowledge but also a deep pride in French History and his country, was really beautiful to see.

Experience Versailles, and see some of the main sights in Paris on a fully guided day tour starting at your hotel.

Drive through Paris on your way to Versailles, and visit some of its most magnificent sights. Upon arrival at the Palace, take a guided tour within its majestic walls. Visit the State Apartments, see the Hall of Mirrors, the King and Queen’s Bedroom, and take a stroll through the beautiful gardens.

Take a break for lunch, and enjoy a delicious meal at La Petite Venise, close to the Grand Canal.

Then enjoy some time to explore, and discover the beauty of Versailles at your own pace.
