We absolutely loved our Versailles trip and bike tour. It was the most amazing day and we had a blast. The markets were enjoyable and the bike ride itself and picnic in the grounds were great and unique. The only slightly improvement suggestion I have is that we would’ve liked longer by the queens hamlet, I think they could’ve sped up some of the beginning of the bike ride instead of stopping for so much narrative so we could have more time at the hamlet. The hamlet was way more beautiful than expected (although we had to rush around it) and we enjoyed the palace at the end of the day too.

This was hands down one of my most favourite trips. It was nothing I expected and yet so much better! The guide was super fun and engaging! I was a little nervous to be going solo but our group was wonderful and I had a great time. I feel it was a great mix of biking and free time to explore/take photos. I do wish we had a little more time in Marie Antoinette’s Domain, it was a bit of a rush to see absolutely everything for that particular place. However, this is one small negative for an overall brilliant day.

We (myself and three adult family members) took this day trip in mid-September and had a very good time. Seeing Versailles by bicycle is great in that you get to see more than just the main chateau and immediate surrounding grounds. The other sites were interesting, especially the little village. Getting time to obtain lunch food from the local market vendors was an unexpected plus! Our guide was very friendly and knew enough to answer most of our questions. I'd recommend this trip to others.
