Leo did a really good job of explaining the history of the catacombs and was keen to answer questions and engage with the guests. Only disappointment was it was very crowded at the beginning of the tour as many others outside our group were passing though and interrupting the discussion. Much better once we got into the ossuary.

Highly recommend booking the skip the line catacombs tour during your stay in Paris! We breezed right in as opposed to waiting on the long line. It was also really helpful going with a guide (wish I could remember her name, but she was a delight!). She provided a lot of interesting facts and anecdotes that we wouldn't have learned had we just done a self guided tour.

I believe her name was Kaitlyn, she was amazing and very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions. She made the tour entertaining and spoke to everyone making us all feel great and included. The tour itself can get cold so I recommend bringing a sweater! Also bring sneakers as there are parts that are damp and the ground is uneven which is to be expected.
