Travel in the comfort of a fully air-conditioned bus from Paris city center to Versailles, home of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette until the French Revolution in 1789. After explore the famous gardens of Versailles with access to the Grand and Petit Trianon, and the Estate of Marie Antoinette. Depending on the day and option booked, you will also be able to see either the Musical Garden or Fountain Show. After your visit, you will be taken back to Paris by air-conditioned bus.

The guide who drove us to Versailles was extremely friendly and informative about the city of Paris and brief history of Versailles on the way to the Palace. Versailles itself could not have been more amazing. It exceeded our group’s expectations! Would definitely recommend booking this to see the palace and gardens. However, if you wish to see Marie Antoinette’s hamlet it is a far walk from the garden/park and the allotted time (we left at 8:15 got there around 9 am and had to leave around 11:40 for the bus back) was not enough so we stayed and took a taxi back. The bus was very nice smaller Mercedes’ vans! Book this!!!

Versailles is incredible. We opted for the morning tour leaving at 815, and while early and challenging with our jet lag, we are so glad we chose morning! There was quite the crowd outside around lunch time when we were leaving. Please know this is just transfer and skip the line tickets. The value is in the easy transfer and skip the line convenience, as there truly are crowds in line here. There is no walking tour guide for the palace, just the audio guide provided free of charge from the palace. We were very glad this was the setup, as we could move about as we pleased and listen to the areas we wanted to! The tickets also get you into the gardens- make sure you leave yourself enough time to see those because they are incredible and vast!

We enjoyed this, a lot. Opt for a whole day tour and you will not regret it. The entire day is not enough to actually go around the chateau and garden. It definitely is a long walk. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes when you go there. The driver gave us a lot of information about Paris and briefed us about Versailles during the travel to the palace. Overall, I would definitely recommend this most especially to those who wanted a hassle-free transfer to/from Versailles.
