Travel in the comfort of a fully air-conditioned bus from Paris city center to Versailles, home of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette until the French Revolution in 1789. Your host will be on board the bus and ready to answer any questions you may have.  Be transported back to the Golden Age of France with a trip to the Palace of Versailles, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and emblem of French royalty and extravagance. Marvel at the breathtaking royal chateau, transformed by the ‘Sun King’ Louis XIV in the 1660s from a hunting lodge.  Your audio guide, available in 11 languages, will enable you to discover the State apartments of the King and Queen, the Royal Chapel and Hall of Mirrors, the epitome of French opulence; three hundred and fifty-seven mirrors line the gold-adorned hall and crystal chandeliers hang from the ceiling. After explore the famous gardens of Versailles with access to the Grand and Petit Trianon, and the Estate of Marie Antoinette. Depending on the day and option booked, you will also be able to see either the Musical Garden or Fountain Show. After your visit, you will be taken back to Paris by air-conditioned bus.

Great experience. In fact, in the morning the castle is quieter, in the afternoon it was very crowded, it was difficult to walk through the rooms with so many people. The garden was the strong point of the visit, it alone was worth the tour, I recommend paying more attention to the garden than to the castle. Snacks are cold and expensive, take your own! This tour is super worth it and you will have plenty of time to explore the castle.

Impeccable transportation. Arrival on the site at the scheduled time and access to the castle directly without waiting. Free visit, corresponding to our choice, a QR CODE allows you to have an audio guide on the phone and to visit the castle freely, it is very practical. Visit of the castle in its entirety, the gardens, the small and the large Trianon, and the hamlet of Queen Marie-Antoinette. You should know that access to the gardens and the hamlet is free. Plan the day to fully enjoy the place. We recommend, even if the price is high.

It was certainly a sight to see . We picked up the van at a convenient location in Paris and was dropped off at the same place . We walked through Versailles on our own but could listen to the audio tour . I do wish our driver gave us some information as we were driving to and from . He did not speak to us at all . I am glad we did the half day tour.
