The tour was wonderful. Our guide was very informative and told us many historical facts and stories about the residents of the palace. The headphones made it very easy to hear our guide. If you're interested in history and beautiful sites, this is the tour for you! The location by coach bus was under an hour and we were given narratives of the areas we drove through.

Very well organized tour. Easy to find meeting spot. Time is provided to take a quick break at the destination prior to gate entry. Tour guide was well informed and easy to understand. Very polite and friendly. 1 hour through much (not all) of the Palace, and ample time is allowed during the second half to wander the remainder of the Palace or outside in the gardens prior to departure. The regular lines were very long for tickets and entry by the time we left do the morning slot skipped the crowds, plus each room was not yet crowded while we were there. Recommend this tour to avoid the lines and crowds, plus to get good story telling.

I went on the 08:15 morning tour and while I was initially hesitant because it’s so early, I’m glad as the palace was quickly filling up when we were finishing the guided part of the tour around 10:30 free to roam Versailles on our own. It was very useful to have Natalie as our guide as she had so much insight to share and a lot of the descriptions are in French (which is admittedly barely speak). It was also an easier way to meet other tourists from France and elsewhere.
