The overall experience was great. Bus was on time for pickup at the stated pick up point and all guides were friendly and spoke multiple languages which was wonderful. My only negative feedback is the tour finishes late in the afternoon and with work related traffic a 30 minute ride back took 2 hours. Maybe having a different route planned or explaining this would be helpful as the bus made 2 stops. If you got off at the first stop would have saved a bunch of time since could have walked to hotel from the first location.

This is basically a ride to Versailles where they set you up with an audio guide tour and send you on your way. It would have been nice to have the person on the bus point out places of interest along the way or given even a little bit of information about Versailles.

The facilities as presented were just outstanding!! My audio download did not work-don’t know if more due to me not being tech-savvy or the house Wi-Fi. But I would suggest having techs available to assist those using their own systems. It was a very hot day and my other suggestion would be to have shade cover w/chair areas on days like this. Along with the shade lots of cold bottled water if sold would go a long way to support the maintenance costs of the facility. As it was we made the best of the day and found shade & water while immensely enjoying the tour.
