Tour was great! Liam was fun and the views were awesome I recommend arriving early to the souvenir shop (this is where you pickup the tickets, not at the tower) and getting a crepe at Emily’s next door. It’s very good It’s best to check in advance to see if the summit is accessible, because it shuts during windy weather (in our case it just opened as we arrived, so score!) Definitely recommend to book cause you learn fun facts and have fun times haha

Full description

Enjoy bird’s eye views of Paris from the second-floor observation deck of the Eiffel Tower. Meet your guide next to the Eiffel Tower for a brief introduction to the history of the tower. Then, enjoy access to the second floor by elevator, and hear interesting tales and anecdotes about the tower’s unique history from your guide. Learn more about the “City of Light,” and enjoy privileged views of the Notre Dame, Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, and Les Invalides. Your guide will then leave you to enjoy the Eiffel Tower at your own pace. Ascend to the summit (if option booked) at your leisure for even more breathtaking views and enjoy a glass of bubbly in the Champagne Bar (if option booked). On the way down, make sure you stop on the 1st floor to walk on a new glass floor, 200 feet above the ground.

Meet the local partner's, MonPetitParis, guide at the souvenir shop on 19 Avenue de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris. Do not go to the Eiffel Tower to collect your ticket. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early and with all members of your party.

Know before you go

  • You may have to wait in lines for security and for the elevators. In high season, the total wait time to access the 2nd floor can be up to 25 minutes
  • Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators. In high season, this wait can be up to an additional 20 minutes
  • Your GYG voucher is not your ticket and must be exchanged at the meeting point before the activity. You cannot collect your Eiffel Tower ticket in advance
  • Tours operate rain or shine
  • On the rare occasion that the summit is closed to the general public for maintenance or safety reasons, this will not affect your guided tour, so no refunds or discounts will be given
  • There is no left-luggage facility at the Eiffel Tower for items such as wheeled suitcases, large luggage, non-folding strollers, etc

This experience was soured by some atrocious weather (gale force winds and heavy rain) but the tower is a must visit in Paris. I was in awe as we first saw it and ascended up the tower and eventually to the summit. The view is incredible, just pick a day with decent weather and it’ll be fine! Recommend
