At the conclusion of your visit of the 2nd floor you'll have the opportunity to buy a ticket to the summit if you so wish, where you’ll have complete freedom to stay as long as you like.
You can join your guide on the short stroll to the boat dock for the start of your 1-hour river cruise. Alternatively, you are free to linger at the Eiffel Tower and take your cruise later.
