We booked a 20:45 tour for the Eiffel Tower, and everything went perfectly! Highly recommend a night-tour, as the experience was much more magical when the tower was all lit up. We chose to do the river cruise earlier in the day, and it was easy to stop by the office to exchange our vouchers for tickets. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Cruise was well-organized, easy to find, and ran smoothly. The tower tour guides were at the meeting point early to get everyone checked in and divided into their groups. Our guide was engaging, knowledgeable, and was also very kindly providing side-bar Spanish translation to one couple in addition to the English tour. He took us through the security checkpoints with clear instructions, and there were no protocol surprises. Once up at the top, our guide took care to point out the various landmarks and provide relevant history and stories. Overall value: Top-notch for what we paid. Would do again!

Probably the best way to tour the Eiffel Tower, with a group you don’t have to wait in lines that can be very long on the ground. In September 2022, there are several significant restorations going on in top (3rd) floor of the tower, so only able to reach the second floor. That said, the second floor is still higher than most of Paris so it is likely the best view of the tower. It can be very crowded at any time, but still enjoyable visit. The seine cruise portion was ok. If you are on the lower level of the boat, you won’t see many of the monuments they refer to. If you’re upstairs on deck, it can be blazing hot in sunshine. But an hour was the right length of time, and it was a pleasant trip.

We had a great experience on this tour. Our guide was very informative and organised. The elevator to 2nd floor is the best way to view Paris from the Eiffel tour. Our time was 6.15pm which was a good time to go, although it was busy, it wasn't as busy as it would have been during the day. We missed the heat of the day and a nice way to see the sun setting. Particularly when you go for the cruise afterwards. The cruise was a fantastic way to see Paris. Great value for money.
