Tour met on time with exact location, which is great. Just be mindful that you buy a "voucher" and not the actual ticket. You check in, and then gather with your group to go once you give your name. The tour left on time, and our guide Chloe was really nice, a great communicator, and had great energy with all good facts about the tower. She gave us just enough time to get some background info, get us up to the 2nd level, and left us alone for the rest. Wish others remembered a good tour guide deserves a small tip!

We had a fantastic day, Megan was our travel guide, she was vey informative and explained everything. We then went straight onto the River cruise. Where we managed to catch many sights. This trip is definitely worth doing. Thank you

Please meet at the Paris'Trip office to exchange your voucher. Your guide will be waiting for you there, 41 Avenue de la Bourdonnais PARIS 75007, located 5 minutes by foot from the Eiffel Tower. Do not go directly to the Eiffel Tower.

Know before you go

  • You may have to wait in lines for security and for the elevators. In high season, the total wait to access the 2nd floor can be up to 25 minutes
  • Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators. In high season, this wait can be up to an additional 20 minutes
  • Cruise tickets can't be picked up in advance. Tickets are valid for 6 months after Eiffel Tower visit
  • In case of bad weather, maintenance or safety reasons, the Eiffel Tower summit may be closed
