  • You may have to wait in lines for security and for the elevators. In high season, the total wait to access the 2nd floor can be up to 25 minutes
  • Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators. In high season, this wait can be up to an additional 20 minutes
  • Cruise tickets can't be picked up in advance. Tickets are valid for 6 months after Eiffel Tower visit
  • In case of bad weather, maintenance or safety reasons, the Eiffel Tower summit may be closed

Marcia the guide was excellent and organised in keeping the group together, great information about the Eifel Tower. 6 months to recoup money was an amazing fact. The river cruise information was lacking, as the last cruise is at 1000pm, not giving enough time to get back down from Eifel. Also advise customers before that they can use cruise anytime, it don't have to be on that day.
