Amazing sight and great experience. Just Wish we had actually started UP the Tower at 7:45. Took sooooo long to go through security and wait for elevators. Barely reached summit in time for sunset. Meeting point was an obscure, grungy street corner—no place to sit while waiting. Too far from actual entrance and security. Confusing with several tours meeting at same place. Poor signage for which to sign in with. Went off ok but could have been handled better. Worth the aggravation anyway!

We were running late and I reached out to Customer Support and the lady who assisted me was very helpful. The guide who met us at the meeting point simply passed on the tickets and forgot to give us the details for the Self-Guided Tour App - I appreciate that we're only human, however, it was quite a disappointment as it took a while to download the App & figure it out & we were already at the top when Customer Support kindly sent me the link. There was a long wait in the queue for the elevator, approx. 30 mins to go up and 15 mins to go down - so be prepared. However, the views from the summit are definitely spectacular.

Met our lovely guide. Everything was as described. Lead straight to the fast track queue, no issues, then lead to the queue for the elevator. Simple and stress free & a wonderful time on the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend going to the summit. Champagne bar at the top! Enjoy!
